To help us with day to day tasks and administration, we are looking for a French speaking Personal assistant / secretary.

The candidate should have the following profile : – Good level of French (Spoken and written, Delf B1 is a minimum) – Excellent level of English (Spoken and Written) – At least 2-3 years of experience in the same field – Should feel comfortable working in a multicultural environment – Should have skills in accounting, HR, law, and be keen to learn new things. – Knowledge in Computer / IT / Web would be preferred.

The post will consist of : – HR management (day to day employees management, new recruitments, contracts,..) – Accounting (Petty cash management, synchronization with the bank, Invoicing, Customers payment follow-up) – Helping the directors with their schedules management. – Customers follow-up (French and Indian) – Writing / Editing documents in French and in English.

The location of the employment is New Delhi, Okhla Phase I.
Salary package will be between 3 to 3.6 Lakhs, negotiable depending on the skill set and references.
